Pride week kicks off with flag raising at City Hall

PRINCE GEORGE–The 22nd Annual Pride week kick off was at City Hall on Wednesday with the raising of the famous rainbow coloured flag.

The raising of the flag happens every year to kick off the week of activities to celebrate Pride, with the most known event being the Pride Parade. The Parade will start at 11 am on Saturday on second avenue around Dominion St.

Pride will also be celebrated with a family friendly event at Black Diamond Bowl & Billiards on Friday night, free bowling, billiards and darts will be offered.
