Liberal MLA questions ride-hailing regulations

PRINCE GEORGE — Ride hailing may be one step closer to reality, but local Liberal MLA argues the Province continues to drag its feet.

Mike Morris calls the rules and regulations onerous and doesn’t agree that drivers should have to obtain a Class 4 License – something not required of Uber and Lyft drivers in other provinces.

Ride hailing is expected to start in BC by September at the earliest.
