SPCA looking for donations after cat undergoes amputation for severely fractured leg

PRINCE GOERGE–The North Cariboo District SPCA is asking for donations from the public in order to support its latest intake.

Mr. Fluffers, a one-year-old cat, was brought to the North Cariboo SPCA with a severely fractured leg. The tabby cat underwent surgery in order to amputate the limb which could not be saved.

“He’s already had to go through the pain and stress of dealing with a severe, life-changing injury at such a young age,”said Alex Schare, manager at the North Cariboo District SPCA.
