PRINCE GEORGE – The twinning of the rail track near Wilson Park has temporarily closed the main access to the park for a few days.
CN railway construction crews closed the road to the park on early Monday morning. Crews are in the process of building a new vehicle railway crossings over two sets of tracks.
The temporary closure is part of a construction of 2.5 miles of double track west of Prince George. The work affecting park access off Ospika Boulevard North is expected to be completed by Thursday, October 24, depending upon the weather.
