Correlieu Secondary subject to 3 break and enters in a week

QUESNEL–A man was arrested and RCMP continue to investigate a series of break and enter thefts from a local school.

Correlieu Secondary School was subject to three break and enter thefts in a one week period. On Dec. 11, a suspect broke into the school and made away with a computer.

The second incident occurred on Dec.19, where the suspect stole over $1,800 in camera equipment. The third incident took place on Dec.20, the person involved did not steal anything, however, did cause damage during the break-in.

Quesnel RCMP have identified an 18-year-old male suspect in the Dec.19 break and enter. The man was arrested and released on an Undertaking. His name is not being released by police at this time.
