Former Spruce Kings Captain passes away at 25

Former Prince George Spruce King Captain Chad Staley has passed away at the age of 25.

Staley played for the Spruce Kings for a total of 3 seasons stretching from 2012-2015 and was a point per game player for the Kings in his final 2 years.

Following his time with the Kings, Staley played four years of hockey at the University of Alaska Fairbanks and then 2 seasons in Europe.

Our thoughts and condolences are with his family at this time.
