YMCA Launches free online gym class for educators

PRINCE GEORGE—The YMCA of Northern BC has launched an online platform to allow educators to deliver physical education to their students, virtually.

YMCA Gym Class takes content based on YMCA Canada’s Health and Fitness programs and Canada’s Physical Activity Guidelines, with activities designed to compliment the physical education course curriculum.
