Seniors ride for free

PRINCE GEORGE—Today (Oct. 1) there’s a little extra love going out to Prince George seniors.

BC Transit is letting all seniors ride for free on their services throughout the City of Prince George to celebrate National Seniors Day.

Anyone aged 65 and over can jump aboard any transit bus, including handyDART and enjoy a free ride to wherever they may need to go.

BC Transit does require its passengers to wear masks when on board as a step to ensure staff and passenger safety.
