PRINCE GEORGE – Through the course of this week, you will get a piece of unusual mail in the mailbox. It is a postcard from Canada Post. The corporation is helping to put smiles on faces by helping with the postage.

“People are feeling like they want to reconnect with people so Canada Post is doing free postcards. And it’s free postage,” explains mail carrier Clark Rasmussen.

In fact, Canada Post has sent 13.5 million postcards to Canadian households with messages like “Wishing I were there” or “Sending smiles.”
