Singing a different tune for St.Paddy’s Day
Prince George – March 17 is marked as St. Paddy’s Day, however, things are looking a little different when it comes to celebrations this year. CKPG News spoke to some businesses around Prince George who have had to adapt to the amended restrictions due to Covid.
For those who want to still venture out, you can but the last call will be much earlier than years past.
“We have consulted with the food and beverage industry and had a number of conversations and they as well are committed to keeping our communities safe” Flash ” and in the spirit of that, my existing order for food and liquor establishments will be amended, so that liquor sales for onsite and off-site consumption must sess between 8 p.m. on March 17 until 9 a.m. on March 18,”says Provincial Health Officer Dr. Bonnie Henry
