Fitness classes move outside

PRINCE GEORGE – Live & Lift Fitness has found a creative way to offer fitness classes during the pandemic.

Live and Lift fitness will be holding outdoor fitness classes in the upcoming days. The fitness facility is working closely with health officials to host classes in their front parking lot.
