Local runner assaulted on Gladstone trails

PRINCE GEORGE – Mounties are currently looking for information on an assault that occurred on April 30, 2021.

The Prince George RCMP received a report that at approximately 10:30 p.m. on April 30, 2021, an unknown male assaulted a woman while she was out for a run.

The victim stated she was running in the area of Osgoode Drive and Gladstone Drive when a young male came out of the woods and punched her twice in the face before retreating into the woods.

The victim did not recognize the assailant.
