Side-by-side stolen

PRINCE GEORGE — Local Mounties are seeking the public’s help in locating a stolen side-by-side.

Prince George RCMP Cst. Jennifer Cooper says police learned it was stolen shortly before 4 p.m. on May 25.

It was taken from the backyard at a home on the 3000 block of Langley Crescent.

The side-by-side is a green 2013 Arctic Cat 700 XTX Prowler and has a unique snorkel attached to the unit. The homeowner last saw the side-by-side that same day in the backyard.

Cooper says police are asking anyone in the area who has surveillance facing the street, or had a dash cam and was in the vicinity, to review the footage from 8 a.m. until 3:30 p.m. She says police are also looking to see if there are any vehicles driving down the road with the unit loaded up, or the unit itself being driven away.
