One injured in early morning shooting

PRINCE GEORGE — One person is in hospital following an early morning shooting.

It happened at around 2:30 this morning on the 2700 block of the John Hart Highway.

Prince George RCMP are seeking witnesses or dash cam footage. The victim is expected to survive.

“The initial investigation led police to the man’s residence on the Hart Highway. Police are now continuing their investigation and will be at the residence for most of the day,” says Cst. Jennifer Cooper.
