The City of Prince George is growing

PRINCE GEORGE – The numbers are in and Prince George seems to be more of a working and living destination place.

According to stats Canada, Prince George now has 82, 290 people living in the city. This is not the final tally says Mayor Lyn Hall, but he says the community of Prince George is thriving.

” Prince George is really on the map whether it be provincial or internationally and people are looking at Prince George. They are looking at Prince George for lifestyle, an affordable lifestyle, recreational opportunities” says Mayor Hall ” That whole work-life balance, is I think very attractive and that’s why they are looking at Prince George.”
