Two arrested in Eaglet Crescent drug bust
PRINCE GEORGE — Two men were arrested following a drug bust in Prince George last week.
Cpl. Jennifer Cooper with the Prince George RCMP says that the RCMP’s Street Crew seized a large amount of suspected illicit drugs after the execution of a search warrant on Aug.25 at a home on the 1300 block of Eaglet Crescent.
“Inside the home, police located a large quantity of suspected illicit drugs, including what appeared to be cocaine, fentanyl and methamphetamine. Police also seized drug paraphernalia and a firearm.”
She says two males were arrested though one was released pending lab results and subsequent charge approval from the Public Prosecutions Service of Canada. Police held the second suspect for a court appearance as he was in breach of his court ordered conditions. Investigators are familiar with both of the men arrested.
