Road rehabilitation slowly coming to an end

PRINCE GEORGE – City roadwork is slowly coming to an end for the season. However, there are some projects waiting to proceed as paving crews wait for better weather.

A few days ago, Range Road’s surface was ground down in preparation for resurfacing.

The road is part of a list of 38 routes scheduled to be worked on during the 2021 season. The paving work on Range Road has been delayed because of the poor weather.

The $5.8 million road budget rehab includes some road gravel improvements, but the lion’s share went to resurface city roads.
