Studio Fair is back!

PRINCE GEORGE – It is the unofficial launch to the Christmas shopping season.

Studio Fair is back, following a year-long hiatus due to the pandemic.

But it will be a pared-down version this year and, in order to abide by COVID rules, it will take place at the CN Centre rather than the Conference and Civic Centre.

“Our goal this year is to provide a safe and health regulation-compliant holiday arts fair for the community, and use this unique opportunity to expand and enhance Studio Fair so that once the pandemic is resolved, we can combine our tradition juried artisan event with as many local artisans and crafters as possible,” says Sean Farrell, CAC Executive Director. “We are calling this year’s event “Studio Fair Marketplace,” and we are thrilled to be relocating to the CN Centre to give us the space to keep vendors and visitors as safe as possible.”

The event will run from November 5th to 7th and, this year, there will be no admission fee.

However, as it is the Community Arts Council’s largest fundraiser, it is asking for donations. Also new this year, the Council is asking visitors to bring a non-perishable item for the food bank.

The fair runs on the following days:

*November 5th – 1 pm to 8 pm

*November 6th – 10 am – 6 pm

*November 7th – 10 am – 4 pm
