Salvation Army looking for volunteers for Annual Christmas Kettle Campaign with Holidays approaching

PRINCE GEORGE- It’s an all too familiar noise around Christmas time.

The Salvation Army is putting out the call for people to get involved with their Annual Christmas Kettle Campaign. Something that has been going on for 100 plus years in the city of Prince George, to help the Salvation Army raise money for those in need.

Lila Reynolds is one of those volunteers who says the Salvation Army has changed her life when she volunteered back in 2017 to help out evacuees. In response, she is giving back by volunteering her time as a Kettle Bell Ringer. It also gives her the benefit of seeing people that she wouldn’t regularly see and hear their stories about how they want to give back as well. An added bonus is seeing all the young children getting excited to put change in the kettle as well.
