Three more COVID-19 related deaths reported in Northern Health

PRINCE GEORGE- Northern Health accounted for 274 of BC’s 1,270 new cases of COVID-19 over the weekend.

• Nov. 12-13: 502 new cases in BC
• Nov. 13-14: 387 new cases in BC
• Nov. 14-15: 381 new cases in BC

In the past 72 hours, 16 new deaths have been reported, including three in Northern Health as the regions death toll has reached 233. The North now has 641 active cases while 62 people are battling the virus in hospital, 19 of whom are in ICU. Across BC, there are 3,837 active cases, 376 individuals are in hospital and 116 are in ICU.

From November 5-11, people not fully vaccinated accounted for 60.2% of cases, and from October 29 to November 11, they accounted for 66.9% of hospitalizations.
