CKPG TV takes home BC Association of Broadcasting Award

PRINCE GEORGE- CKPG TV has been recognized at the 2021 BC Association of Broadcasting Awards of Excellence. The newsroom has taken home the Excellence in News Reporting (TV) award for the Rally for Brody story, written by Reporter, Caden Fanshaw and produced by Spencer Schultz.

Rally for Brody follows the story of a local boy’s battle with Crohn’s disease and stage 3B of Hogkins Lymphoma.

PG Family Mourns loss of Family Home story and Crosswalk Survivor were the other two finalists in this category.
