Spruce Kings acquire Canadian-American German
PRINCE GEORGE – The Prince George Spruce Kings have acquired forward Luke German from the Camrose Kodiaks in exchange for forward Logan Lorenz.
German, 19, from Calgary AB, has suited up in 33 games for the Kodiaks this season, contributing eight goals and seven assists in those contests. Prior to his time in the AJHL, the 5’11 165-pound forward captained the Edge School Prep team, amassing 49 points in 37 games played.
“We’re excited to add Luke to our team,” said GM Mike Hawes. “He’s a hardworking, complete player who has great habits and will contribute to our team in all areas. He also possesses some great intangibles including leadership that will make him a great addition to our group.”
According to his Elite Prospects page, German has dual citizenship between Canada and the United States.
