Daily COVID-19 case count stays under 1,500 for three days straight

NORTHERN BC- For the third day in a row, the province has had a daily COVID-19 case count under 1,500. BC reported 1,446 new cases, 147 of which were in Northern Health.

There are now 32,468 active cases while 985 COVID-positive individuals are in hospital and 144 are in ICU. Meanwhile, the north has 1,246 active cases.

The provincial death toll has increased by one after a Fraser Health resident passed away. It now stands at 2,554. Meanwhile, 277,285 people who tested positive have recovered.
