All but one pipeliner injured in northern B.C. bus crash released from hospital

PRINCE GEORGE — Coastal GasLink says 17 of the 18 pipeline workers involved in Friday’s bus crash have been discharged from hospital.
In an email to media, the company says one patient remains in hospital under observation.
The crash took place at about 8:30 a.m. Friday (June 16) on Hambone Road and Firth Lake Forest Service Road, about 120 kilometres north of Prince George.
A charter bus with 30 occupants was involved in the incident. As a result, a Code Orange mass casualty preparedness protocol was called at University Hospital of Northern B.C.
