PGPL offering tutoring once again
PRINCE GEORGE, B.C. – The Prince George Public Library is thrilled to announce the resumption of its beloved Homework Help tutoring program. Provincial Enhancement Funding will be used to support this year’s program. T
The Homework Help tutors work with small groups of students in grades 3-12 to build skills in English, Math, and Sciences. Students will be paired with an experienced tutor and university student for their weekly session. Free, one-hour tutoring sessions will be held Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays and are booked on a first-come, first-served basis with sessions starting on December 5th. Sessions will be offered in-person at both the Bob Harkins Branch, downtown, and the Nechako Branch, in the Hart, as well as online.
