Spruce Kings complete comeback in Cranbrook

CRANBROOK — Late heroics help complete a third period comeback for the Prince George Spruce Kings on Friday night in Cranbrook.

The Bucks skated out to an early 2-0 lead in the first thanks to Bryce Sookro and Luke Pfoh.

The second frame would see no scoring, before the Spruce Kings were finally able to light the lamp and queue the comeback 47 seconds into the third. Luca Primerano scored the first followed by Alexis Cournoyer.

Owen Goodbrand would put the bow on the comeback effort with 92 seconds left in the contest for his third on the season.
