Snow plow collides with logging truck on Highway 97

PRINCE GEORGE — Poor road conditions led to a two-vehicle crash involving a logging truck and a snow plow Tuesday afternoon.

Prince George RCMP say it happened just before 3:30 on Highway 97 south near the Stone Creek Forest Service Road.

Police say the highway was reduced to single-lane alternating traffic and there were no reported injuries.

“Road conditions are slick and police are asking drivers to slow down when they approach the incident location to help prevent further collisions,’ says Cpl. Jennifer Cooper.
