UNBC named one of B.C.’s top employers

PRINCE GEORGE — UNBC has been ranked as one of BC’s top employers.

The list, put together by Mediacorp, has recognized the university for it’s new off-campus workplace location program which provides flexibility for some employees to work at alternate work sites, including from home.

The university was also recognized for providing outstanding educational opportunities for employees, offering such perks as tuition waivers for employees and their family members.

The competition is open to all employers with a head office or principal place of business in British Columbia. It’s the 10th time UNBC has made the list.
