PRINCE GEORGE -The City and Regional District want to get people ready for the wildfire season.
As we’ve learned over the past week or so, wildfire season is well underway. In fact, there have been two wildfires of concern in the Prince George Fire Centre already: One near Hixon and the other near Fort St. John.
The City and the Regional District are hosting an event at the library Wednesday evening from six to 7:30 to remind people to be prepared with things like a to-go-kit.
