$46-million Lotto 6/49 winning ticket sold in Quesnel

QUESNEL, B.C. — Someone in Quesnel has 46 million reasons to smile this Sunday (Dec. 21) morning.

According to the BC Lottery Corporation (BCLC), a Lotto 6/49 ticket bought in Quesnel for the Dec. 20 draw won the $46 million jackpot as it matched the winning 10-digit raffle number. It was the 19th ball drawn in the latest Gold Ball draw.

The winning numbers were 12706438-43.

As with other lottery prizes, winners have 52 weeks from the draw date to come forward and claim their prize.

“The specific retail location where the winning lottery ticket was purchased, and the lottery winners’ name(s) will be announced after the winner has come forward to claim their prize,” a statement from BCLC said.
