Everett beats Prince George 6-4

PRINCE GEORGE — The Everett Silvertips beat the Prince George Cougars 6-4 Sunday afternoon at the CN Centre.

Kooper Gizowski lead the Cougars with two goals – including his 20th of the season. Kayd Ruedig scored the game winner with 10 minutes left in the third period.

Everett outshot Prince George 34-25 before 3,692 fans. The Cougars are now winless in their last seven games.

They’re back on the ice this Friday when they visit the Kamloops Blazers.
