National Indigenous People’s Day celebrations planned for Sunday

National Indigenous Peoples Day will be celebrated in Prince George with a full day of events at Lheidli T’enneh Memorial Park. The 2026 celebration is set for June 21 and runs from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., welcoming the community to take part. There will be a shuttle running from City Hall to accomodate parking for both the NIPD events and Cruisin’ Classics Show and Shine. See the full agenda here.
