Prince George Conservative candidates open joint campaign office
PRINCE GEORGE, B.C. — The office may still be a work in progress, but two Prince George Conservative candidates have officially opened the doors to their joint campaign headquarters as British Columbia’s provincial election campaign gets underway.
Kiel Giddens, the Conservative candidate in Prince George-Mackenzie, and Rosalyn Bird, the party’s candidate in Prince George-Valemount, are sharing campaign space at the Marriott.
Both are incumbent MLAs seeking re-election in the snap provincial campaign. Bird returned to the Conservative fold shortly after the election was called, while Giddens confirmed he would again carry the party banner.
For Giddens, the office is intended to be more than a place to put up campaign signs and organize election materials.
