Downtown Winterfest has moved

PRINCE GEORGE – Organizers of the annual Winterfest have switched things up this year.
But the event is moving from the location it has called home for two years. Because of construction out front of City Hall, the event has been moved to Canada Games Plaza this year.
Crews are getting the ice slide ready and the ice sculpture wall in place. And because of its new location, the Two Rivers Gallery and the Public Library are hosting events in relation to Winterfest. And there will be a winter market inside the Conference and Civic Centre and a food court in the Plaza itself, plus lots of events like snow zoomba, road hockey, mini snow golf and a snowmobile demo.
All the fun on Sunday at Canada Games Plaza.
