Kings Add a Point on the Road

The Prince George Spruce Kings found a way to earn a point on the road falling 2-1 in double overtime against the Penticton Vees.

Ben Brar scored the lone goal for the Kings with help from Liam Watson-Brawn and Ethan de Jong.

Prince George was outshot 32-27.

Even with the loss, the Spruce Kings pull to a within a point of the Mainland Division lead as the Langley Rivermen were idle on Friday.

The Vernon Vipers entertain the Spruce Kings on Saturday before wrapping on Sunday against the Salmon Arm Silverbacks.
