Annual Terry Wilson Memorial Tournament Set For Friday

Friday at the PGYSA fields, another installation of the Terry Wilson Memorial Tournament will go off. The annual slate of games remembers Wilson, who played a pivitol role in the soccer community within Prince George. He is remembered as one of the founders of the Prince George Youth Soccer Association and after passing away from a brain tumour in 2010, the tournament was launched as a way to remember him. From 8:30 to 3:30 Friday, grade 6 & 7 boys and girls from Catholic Schools from the Northern Region and as far south as Kamloops will take to the fields in his honour.
