Ta-Ta Teddy: Cougars Seek Winter Gear In Un-Teddy Bear Toss

This weekend marks the Cougars annual Teddy Bear Toss Game, but when the first Cats goal gets scored this Sunday, things will look a little different than last year.  This year it’s the Un-Teddy Bear Toss, with the hope being that more practical donations will come in for those set to weather the cold winter months. While teddy bears will still be accepted, the team is urging fans to bring bagged winter gear to throw on the ice instead. All this during what will be an action packed 2:00pm game against the Victoria Royals.
