Cougars On A Four Game Losing Streak

PRINCE GEORGE – On Saturday night, the Victoria Royals grabbed hold of the game early as they beat the Prince George Cougars 5-1 at the CN Centre. 

The Royals scored their first two goals just 2 minutes apart from each other to start the game. They also managed to get two more in before the end of the first 20 minutes, heading into the second period up 4-0. 

In the second, the Cougars scored their one and only goal of the night courtesy of Ilijah Colina, assisted by Ryan Schoettler. Victoria answered minutes later with the final goal of the game. 

After a scoreless third period, the game ended 5-1 for the Royals.
