Another Fort St. John athlete has committed to Prince George for her education and university athletics, and she plans to bring some offense down with her. Claire Turner is set to graduate from North Peace Secondary School this June and will join the Timberwolves in July to get ready for the season. The goal-scoring striker has paid multiple visits to UNBC to practice with the team and even attended a tournament with them in 2018, where she got to experience the Canada West style of play. Turner plans to take Biomedical Studies at UNBC, and is the second TWolves commit from Fort St. John this winter, joining her teammate Kenzie Chilcott.
