Man found dead after physical altercation, RCMP ask for witnesses

PRINCE GEORGE–A man is dead after a fight that took place last week.

RCMP began looking for witnesses earlier this week on the altercation that occurred around the intersection of 20th Ave. and Redwood Street on Friday, Oct, 4th at around 11:20 PM.

As a result of the incident 35-year-old Gregory Wale suffered serious injuries and was taken to hospital. Wale left before receiving medical attention at his own will.

The next day Wale was found at his residence on Edmonton Street deceased, the cause of death is believed to be related to the altercation. The PG RCMP’s Serious Crime Unit was called in to lead the investigation.
