UNBC women’s soccer team clinches playoff spot despite loss to UVIC

The UNBC Timberwolves women’s soccer team kicked off their final weekend of the regular season Friday night on Vancouver Island.

Unfortunately, it wasn’t the result they would have liked as they fell 1-0 to UVIC.

However, the club did get some good news, despite the loss.

With Thompson River’s loss Friday evening the Timberwolves clinched a playoff spot for the third year in a row.
