Both UNBC soccer teams close out the regular season with losses

PRINCE GEORGE–Despite losing their final two games of regular season ,1-0 to UVIC, and 3-1 to UBC ,UNBC ‘s women’s soccer team managed hold on to the sixth and final playoff spot in the Pacific Division. UNBC goes up against the Manitoba Bisons this week in Calgary, with the winner moving on to the quarterfinals Sunday against the Calgary Dinos. Elsewhere, the UNBC Men’s soccer team was shut out, 4-0 and 2-0 by TRU over the weekend , with the men officially out of the playoff picture .
