Get out and vote

PRINCE GEORGE –The campaigning is over and Canadians are at the polls to cast their ballots in the country’s 43rd general election, which some have described as the nastiest campaign in recent history.

Justin Trudeau’s Liberals and Andrew Scheer’s Conservatives remained neck and neck in the polls throughout the campaign.

And it means Canadians are facing the very real possibility of electing a minority government.

While most voters will cast their ballots today, around 4.7 million Canadians voted in advance polls last weekend, which marked a 29 per cent increase over 2015.
