Para Hockey development camp set for this Saturday

There will plenty on the ice this weekend in the City of Prince George and Saturday residents will have the chance to develop their skills at the first of its kind development camp for Para Hockey.

Para Ice Hockey, formerly known as sledge hockey is a growing sport in the city and as a result, the Northern Adaptive Sports Association, along with B.C Hockey have come together to put on the camp.

For participants taking part in the camp, they will be provided with all of the equipment which they will need to hit the ice.

The day will feature a pair of ice times, lunch, and a mentorship opportunity for all of those involved.

Anyone interested in taking part is asked to contact the Northern Adaptive Sports Association.
