BC Transit to offer free rides for Remembrance Day in Fort St.John
FORT ST.JOHN—The City of Fort St.John and BC Transit will be offering free transit to community members on Remembrance Day.
A release by BC Transit says that the free transit is a way to commemorate Remembrance Day and to thank active and retired military personnel.
“While the style of celebration may be shifting during this time, BC Transit will still be offering free service to honour those who have served and continue to serve in the Canadian Armed Forces. The free service will provide those that served in the Canadian Armed Forces a transportation option as they recognize Remembrance Day.”—Release by BC Transit
