Snowfall warning issued for Pine Pass

PRINCE GEORGE — Motorists beware: Environment Canada has issued a snowfall warning for Highway 97-Pine Pass.
Fifteen to 20 centimetres of snow is possible in the Williston region before the snow changes to rain on Sunday morning.
The snow is expected to start falling this afternoon.
“The precipitation will remain as snow over the Pine Pass until late Sunday afternoon with total snowfall accumulations of 20 to 30 cm expected,” says Environment Canada.
