Mark Lamb named Cougars head coach

A five-month-long search came to an end today with the announcement of Mark Lamb as the new head coach of the Prince George Cougars. Lamb took over as interim head coach back in February. Lamb was originally hired as General Manager and says he will continue in the position.

Drug busts seize of over a kilo of narcotics, cash and firearms

PG RCMP conducted three drug busts last Friday (June 28) as part of lengthy investigation into drug trafficking in the city. Three people were arrested, two men and one woman aged 25-33 years old. The suspects were released, pending further investigation.

Man arrested for breaking into same business twice in a week

A 38-year-old Prince George man is facing multiple charges after breaking into a business on the 1400 block of Patricia Boulevard, twice in one week. Clayton Tyler Moll will make an appearance in court on July 10th.

Local millworker-turned-comedian hopes to inspire others to follow their dreams

Sunshine and rainbows in the forecast this Saturday: 2019 PG Pride Parade

The 22nd Pride Parade will take place this Saturday at 11 am, starting at Second and Dominion. Theresa Healy a local activist for the LGBTQ+ community has been to every parade since the very first in 1997. She also mentions how much positive change and support the community has grown to show over the course of the years.
