Snowfall warning in effect for Prince George and surrounding areas

PRINCE GEORGE–Environment Canada has issued a snowfall warning for Prince George and surrounding areas.

A band of snow is moving across Bulkley Valley and the Lakes, Stuart -Nechako and Prince George this morning. The snow will end over Bulkley Valley and the Lakes in the next hour or two, but will continue over Stuart -Nechako and Prince George through late morning, with 10 to 15 cm of snow expected across these areas.

Over Williston, including Highway 97 – Pine Pass, 10 cm is expected before snow eases this afternoon.
