PRINCE GEORGE –Prince George RCMP made an arrest last Friday ,February 14th and seized a significant amount of drugs and cash as part of an ongoing drug trafficking investigation in the city.
The 34-year-old male driver was arrested at a traffic stop, with approximately $10,000 in cash in his possession.
The vehicle was seized as part of the investigation. The arrest led to search warrants being executed on homes in the 1200 block of North Ospika Boulevard and on Orbin Place.
A large amount of methamphetamine and cocaine was seized, along with drug trafficking paraphernalia and what is believed to be in excess of $50,000 in cash.
