Severe thunderstorm watch in effect

PRINCE GEORGE—A severe thunderstorm watch is in place for our city.
Environment Canada issued the watch saying that conditions are favourable for the development of severe thunderstorms, capable of producing strong wind gusts, large hail and heavy rain.
Environment Canada says that intense lightening is possible with any thunderstorm that develops, and are reminding the public that when the thunder roars, they should head indoors.
